Hiking near Mund - Salwald - Chastour - Sättle - Honnega - Honalpa - Wallis - Switzerland

We drive with the car towards Mund and keep going until restaurant Salwald. A very narrow road, but it saves us 300 meters of climbing. There's plenty of parking space near the restaurant. From here we walk to Chastour, a small village, and continue towards Sättle. Here you have a great view of the Rhone valley and the Matterhorn. We go down a little bit and go towards Honegga. Here there's a small chapel, and great views of the Bietschhorn and the Baltschiedertal. Once we arrived here we decided to continue to Honalpa, where you also have a great view of the valley. Afterwards we take another road back to our car.
