We did two walking trails with a guide during our visit to Wells Gray Provincial Park. He asks us what we want to do. We reply that we like to go to places where our own car cannot bring us. We had the Silvertip Falls already seen on the map, but we also saw that there was no way driving it with our car. So we head of with the guide of Discovery Wells Gray to the parking of the Silvertip Falls. He has a 4x4 and drives to a recreational area at the foot of the Mountain Trophy.

Because our guide is with us we do not need to search for the path. The first part of the trail is completely overgrown with Devils Gub, but Guy finds the walking trail effortlessly. The nature of the forest is really incredible beautiful. Fortunately, our guide also likes photography, because the 800 meters to the Silvertip Falls last a little longer than planned. Through this incredibly beautiful nature we take beautiful pictures and we walk easily up to the Silvertip Falls. The Silvertip Falls are very beautiful to see. The waterfall is high and steep. Unfortunately, the bench broke, so we have a standing break. Our guide has brought some snacks, but also we have brought some snacks from the owner of the B & B. With a Cinnamon Bun on our hand we enjoy the view over the Silvertip Falls.

We walk the same path back after the break and check on each and every mushroom and flower on detail. We are very pleased that our guide took us to the Silvertip Falls in Wells Gray Provincial Park. The walk was especially nice because we got a lot explanation about the different plants and animals in the forest from our guide. Also about the origins of the Wells Gray Provincial Park, we got quite a lot of information from our guide. In addition to that, the nature near the Silvertip Falls is incredibly beautiful.
