Casa da Capelinha - Madeira - Portugal

Our apartment was on the north coast of Madeira in Ponta Delgada. We arrived at Casa de Capelinha where we were greeted by an elderly lady who didn't speak much English. Later it turned out she was the mother of the owner. She was working, but would stop by in the evening. The view from the apartment was fantastic.
The apartment was well maintained. During our vacation a lot of construction workers were busy building another 6 apartments. Besides that Casa de Capelinha was getting it's own swimming pool. This coincided with the opening of the public swimming pool in Ponta Delgada. The Casa is well worth it, if you enjoy peace and quiet. A well maintained apartment with very friendly owners who welcomed us warmly.
